Emily Simone is a New York–based electric violinist whose performances bridge classical virtuosity with contemporary music culture, bringing the violin into spaces ranging from nightclubs and fashion events to major arenas and global brand activations.

Though classically trained from childhood, Emily’s artistic direction shifted after a transformative night in a legendary Berlin nightclub, where she realized the violin could exist just as powerfully within electronic music culture as it does in the concert hall.

Her performance style was shaped as much by New York nightlife as by classical training, and she moves fluidly between clubs, galleries, and large-scale productions.

Emily performs internationally across nightlife stages, cultural venues, brand activations, and large live events. Known for her ability to collaborate seamlessly with DJs, producers, and musicians, she brings the violin into contemporary sound systems and performance environments with striking versatility.

She has appeared at venues including Carnegie Hall, Madison Square Garden, Red Rocks Amphitheater, and the Dolby Theatre, and has performed for brands such as Sony (Olivia Rodrigo), Porsche, Grey Goose, LG, Neiman Marcus, Athleta, Aerie, Equinox Hotels, St-Germain, Zillow, Parfums de Marly, Material Goods, Halles des Lumières, and New York Fashion Week.

Emily has also brought her signature performance style to sports and large-scale live events, performing on the field for international competitions and arena productions.

An eclectic collaborator, she has toured with hip-hop pioneer Kurtis Blow, performed with The Who at Madison Square Garden, and appeared on national television including The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon and The Today Show. She has collaborated with artists including RAYE (on The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon), YUNGBLUD (appearing in the music video for Hope for the Underrated Youth [Live Orchestral Version]), and joined Louis Tomlinson on his Faith in the Future tour.

In addition to live performance, Emily develops custom musical arrangements and sonic moments tailored to specific events, installations, and collaborations, allowing the violin to integrate naturally into contemporary productions.

Whether performing inside an immersive installation, alongside a DJ on the dance floor, or on stage at a major venue, Emily’s work is driven by a simple idea: that the violin can move fluidly between worlds, connecting classical technique with the energy of contemporary music culture.
